Nose is a world in Quadrant 1 in the [[:universe:7wda]].
===== Government =====
Nose has a Xyonist-style bi-cameral and federal government with a 10 member High Council (Hakamim) and 50 member Parliament (Sanhedrin). The current Prime Minister is Moises Portie.
Some politicians in the FWA regard Nose as a bit soft on pirates. Nose has a close relationship with the Union of Xyon. 
===== Economy =====
Nose has an average economy, as far as a world can go as an independent world. 
Strongly commercialistic, the Nosers are very involved in interstellar trade, sometimes to the exclusion of other matters of common interest.

===== Military =====
Nose maintains an Internal Security Division. The FWA has stationed a garrison destroyer at Nose.
