The Golden Gate

The centre of the stories.

A reasonably high class club aimed at officers and senior officials (and anyone else with money to spare) looking for a good time. The clientele is fairly diverse in terms that there are Brits, French, US and Germans. There is even the ocasional Soviet officer seen (although usually not in uniform).

Major Rollo von Hollman

An East German Major appeared and asked if he could use the facilities for his men.

His unit were a recently formed tank unit of the East German Volkspolizei (there is no East German army at this point).

He said that although they had no money they could provide goods that would more than adequately provide compensation for the services that they used. A deal was done and the East Germans visited on a few occasions.

The story started with the discovery of one of the women murdered
outside the club. She had been stripped and had had her heart cut out.
The local police (Kripo) were not really interested in finding the
killer once they realised that the victim was a prostitute.

As well as the Tunnels a number of crates dating from the end of
the war were found in the basement. These crates were all labelled up as containing blankets and on first inspection they did indeed all have blankets in them when the lids were opened.

The rough rule of thumb is that we meet on the first Tuesday of the month. However we often rearrange to suit other events in life. The next few sessions are as follows:

	* 9 January 2007
	* 6 February 2007
	* 6 March 2007
	* 10 April 2007

Some rapid work with a German dictionary and looking at the titles on the file covers unearths that the documents are the records of an SS research unit (well research may be generous as the thing that caused the SAN loss was a set of photos of some of the research).

This is a narrative of the various sessions that we have had, hopefully maintained by players. Several sessions were run on a monthly basis between September 2005 and March 2006 before the game was picked up again in September 2006. This means that the first half dozen sessions or so are largely undocumented.
